Resident Norma Hickman Passes in Barstow

Orange County resident, Norma Jean Hickman, succumbed to a massive heart attack on Sunday, May 6. Hickman was returning home from a weekend getaway with one of her three sons and his wife when she suffered the fatal attack in Barstow.
